1.  Nouns

1st declension (A-type):

 Nouns of this type are feminine.

ABS. sg. -a / pl. -an
ERG. sg la -a/ pl. i -an
DAT. sg. -i / -in
GEN. sg. -as / -ans
LOC. sg. -e / pl. -en

Example:

la leira = the girl
Na mansi leira. / Na mansi leiran. = I see the girl/ I see the girls.
La leira fei tir. / I leiran feir tir. = The girl(s) is/are here.
Na gib blog leiri. / Na gib blog leirin. = I give the book to the girl(s).
Anu e blog fei leiras. / Anu e blog fei leirans. = Now, the book is the girl's/girls'.
Na vonn a leire./ Nok vonnem a leiren. = I am going to the girl's (place) / We are going to the girls' (place)

la hoda = house
(ABS) Ad fei hoda leiras/ Ade feir hodan leirans. = This is the girl's house/ These are the girls' houses.
(LOC) Na vonn ahode (a hode). = I go home (to the house).

Nouns of this type are masculine.

ABS. sg. -o / pl. -on
ERG. sg. e -o / pl. i -on
D. sg -i / pl. -inn
G. sg - os / pl. -ons
Loc. sg. -e / pl. -en

E krafo fei fre./ I krafon feir fre. = The word(s) is/are new.
Ad gib krafi fre sinifs./ Ad gib krafis fre sinifs. = This gives the word(s) new meaning.
Sinif krafos fei kler. / Sinif krafons fei kler. = The meaning of the word(s) is clear.
Na pen me krafe. = I write using words.
